Beautiful machine

At Photokina Olympus showed off the concept of their upcoming

M43 camera, as blogged about before. This truly is a thing of beauty and pretty much exactly the kind of camera I've had in my minds eye for a long time. OMG. If it works even a little bit I'll end up buying it.

In the mean time, lets all join hands and pray that Olympus ends up actually release a camera that looks like this and doesn't screw it up by adding all sorts of useless junk.

Nice & retro - reminds me of the Canonet (http://www.camerapedia.org/wiki/Canon_Canonet) my dad used for years (unfortunately I can't remember the exact model). -E

Funny you mention that camera. I've been thinking about buying one second hand and playing with it. It really is nice. The problem seems to be that the batteries for it are no longer available though.
