No web-based iWork: Check.
Real-time collaboration in iWork: Nope. Too bad.
New iMac: Nope.Home Media Server product: Nope.
Snow Leopard demo: Nope. That was really a big surprise...Also the fact that Apple is releasing a new boxed set of Leopard, iLife and iWork. Feels like Snow Leopard might be some way off.
Sort of 50-50 then...oh and then I missed the 17" MBP too.
